UNDERSTANDING YOUR DASHBOARD

After creating an imillee account, you will be directed to your dashboard. Since both buyers and sellers have access to the same dashboard, you will have access to features that may not be required or needed for your current set of goals. For example: if you are listing your home, you may not need to make an offer. Visa Vi if you’re in the market and plan on purchasing a home, you may not need to create a listing.  This setup was designed intentionally to onboard you for both memberships. ie. After you sell your home there’s a good chance that in most cases you will sell the same home in time. If you’re listing/selling your home, in most cases you will need to purchase another home.

Your dashboard is a site map to the rest of the site. Which means your dashboard gives you direct access to the tools and features you need from a central location. If you need to create a listing, access your listing, or edit your listing you can do so by simply logging in and navigating to the tool(s) that you need. Or if you need to make an offer, counter an offer, or make a change to a contract, you can do so by simply logging in and navigating to the tool(s) that you need.

It’s important to note that imillee is an intuitive site. So even when your logic tells you to visit a specific page, if you’re not currently on that step, you will be prompted and guided to visit the correct step. For example: If you’re wanting to make an offer, you might find yourself clicking make an offer, however, by visiting that page directly you will be prompted to explore homes first. Followed by the instructions on how to explore homes, and how to then access the make an offer feature.

If at anytime you find yourself simply not knowing what to do next, you can visit your custom to-do-list, which will list out the current step you’re on and let you navigate directly to that step from the to-do-list. Additionally, if you have questions you can visit our extensive documentation site to get answers quickly to frequently asked questions, tutorials, or open a support ticket.
